All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Orders received by 7:00 AM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Depending on what stage your order is in, you may not be able to cancel it. To find out if your order is still able to be cancelled please contact Customer Service.
Shipping & Delivery
Items offered on our website are currently only available for delivery to addresses in the continental United States.
Your total shipping charges are based on the shipping methods selected, the subtotal of your order and any applicable surcharges. Please note that shipping charges are calculated on an order's subtotal before any discounts or reductions are taken.
Due to the nature of the types of products we offer, most items ship within 7 to 10 business days after the order has been processed. Please review order processing above. Some smaller items may ship faster. You will be notified when your item ships. If tracking information is available from the shipper, that information will be provided as well.
Please be aware that many large items cannot be shipped via traditional residential carriers. You may be asked to make accomodations to accept larger delivery trucks.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and special order items are non-refundable. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all HDPE pipe.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price less applicable restocking fees and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be deducted along with applicable restocking fees from the refund amount.

Replacement of Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If an item is damaged or mis-shipped, please contact Customer Service immediately for instructions on how to return it. Shipping costs will be reimbursed when an item is damaged or mis-shipped. Shipping costs will not be paid by Cash Concrete when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction, purchaser regret or manufacturer defect.
